Memorial Day & Labor Day require a 3 night minimum stay and are at peak season rates.
Payment in full is required for holiday weekends.
Campsite Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, refund of deposit will be made if 14 days notice is given. A one night stay service charge will be retained on all refunded deposits.
Payment will need to be paid in full for reservations 3 nights of less.

Pet Fees
$5.00 daily charge / $25.00 for 7 days or longer.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Cottage Rentals & Rates
Add $10 per night for two-night stays.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM / Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
No check-ins allowed after 10:00 PM without prior approval.
3 night minimum stay for cottages. 7 night minimum stay for cottages during Peak Season.
Check-in is on Saturday for weekly stays.
50% advance deposit for cottages; balance due upon arrival.
Payment in full is required for Holiday weekends.
All rates shown above are subject to Maine Lodging Tax.
Cottage Cancellation Policy: Notification, in writing, must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for deposit refund. A one night service charge of $100.00 will be retained per stay on all cottage deposit refunds.
Payment will need to be paid in full for reservations 3 nights of less.
