Campsite Cancellation Policy: In the event of
cancellation, refund of deposit will be made if 14 days notice is given. A one night stay
service charge will be retained on all refunded deposits. |

Guests must pay a separate fee upon arrival.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Our cottages are rustic but well maintained. Each cottage
includes electricity, bathroom facilities, kitchen facilities, screened porch, a working
fireplace or woodstove, and color TV. Additional amenities are included with the
individual cottage descriptions, shown below. Cottages do not include bedding or
linens, and pets are not permitted in any of our cottages. |

All rates shown above are subject to 7% Maine lodging tax.

writing, must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for deposit refund. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 service charge. |
